Custom sharpening is available for each skater, and a detailed record of the depth of hollow is kept and updated with each visit. Edge to edge quality is checked and measured to within 0.001". With this process, the skater immediately feels comfortable on the ice after each sharpening.

Bodymoves also sharpens hockey skates in the same thorough manner.

Blade mounting and the first sharpening are included with a boot and blade purchase. Skates are first heat-moulded to the skater's foot for maximum comfort, and ankle punching is available if needed. The soles are then heated and treated with a wax product. The blades are temporarily mounted with minimum screws, allowing final adjustments to be made to suit the balance of the skater. The remaining screw placement is then completed.
